These terms govern use of PUESTO LLC’s website and business exploration tools. They do not replace the separate written agreement needed for an actual PUESTO project.

Who may use the application

The business application is intended for people aged 18 or older exploring a business in the United States. If you act for a business, you must have authority to provide its information and make requests on its behalf. Provide accurate information and use the website lawfully.

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access another person’s information, interfere with its security or operation, upload malicious files, or infringe anyone’s rights.

Applications and business concepts

The site illustrates branding, layouts, equipment, and possible business concepts for mobile units and physical locations. Drafts stay in your browser until you submit. When applications are available, Generate unit sends your answers to PUESTO, creates or associates an account with your email, and starts preparing a business design. Confirm your email to access your account. Submission, account creation and a generated concept do not confirm eligibility, guarantee permits or funding, or place an order.

Local drafts may be lost if browser data is cleared or a session ends. Keep your own copies of original images and important information. You are responsible for protecting your login and notifying us of unauthorized use. Do not submit an application using another person’s contact details without authority.

Projects, availability, and illustrative costs

Renderings, floor plans, map locations, equipment arrangements, timelines, and cost examples are illustrative. A searchable city or neighborhood does not establish that PUESTO has an available property, operates there, or can approve a project there. Final design and feasibility depend on the site, utilities, code requirements, accessibility, professional review, and approvals.

The receipt’s examples, including “0% upfront capital,” “10% revenue share,” and a $0 subtotal, are not a binding offer or a promise that every applicant will receive those terms. Actual costs, funding, revenue-share definitions and duration, exclusions, eligibility, and each party’s responsibilities must be disclosed and agreed in a separate written agreement before you commit.

“Construction” in the website’s cost examples means interior fit-out, including the illustrated equipment, furnishings, and installation. It does not mean building or buying the property or constructing its exterior shell. Do not assume that rent, deposits, taxes, insurance, licenses, working capital, or other operating expenses are covered unless a project agreement expressly includes them.

Browsing, selecting a city, or completing a draft does not reserve a location, commit you to payment, or create a construction, financing, lease, partnership, or revenue-share agreement. Any purchases, cancellation rights, refunds, warranties, delivery terms, and project obligations must be addressed in the relevant agreement.

Approvals and business outcomes

PUESTO may help coordinate design, construction, equipment, and permitting as agreed for a project. Government agencies and other responsible parties decide approvals. The website does not guarantee permit approval, financing, opening dates, sales, profit, or business success.

Previews are not certified architectural or engineering plans and should not be used to build or install equipment without the necessary professional review. Website content is not individualized legal, tax, investment, or immigration advice. Participation does not confer a visa, work authorization, or a right to operate a business; those requirements must be addressed separately.

Your logos, designs, and other content

You retain the rights you have in your business name, logos, photographs, reference images, and other content. Only provide material you own or have permission to use for the purpose requested. A reference image does not grant permission to reproduce someone else’s protected design.

You authorize PUESTO to handle your content only as reasonably needed to operate the tools you use and deliver services you request. Submitted business names, descriptions, style preferences and selected image references may be processed by the AI services described in our Privacy policy to create or refine the design you request. AI concepts can contain inaccuracies and are not engineered plans or guarantees of a finished unit. This permission does not authorize us to publish your content in advertising or claim ownership of it.

If custom design or AI-assisted services are offered, any additional provider disclosures and terms concerning generated work will be provided with that service. Do not assume that a generated name, logo, or design is unique, legally protected, or cleared for use without review.

The PUESTO website, branding, software, and original materials belong to PUESTO or their respective owners. You may use the website to evaluate or pursue a project, but these terms do not transfer ownership of those materials.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy policy explains information handling and drafts, submitted applications and accounts. Giving contact details is not consent to marketing texts or automated marketing calls. Contacting us about a project allows us to respond to that inquiry; optional marketing has separate requirements.

Website availability and responsibility

We work to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may contain errors, change, or become unavailable. Map providers and other linked services have their own terms. Verify information that is important to your decisions, and contact us about apparent errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website’s preview tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a warranty of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular project. This does not limit any express commitment in a signed agreement or rights and liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

We may restrict misuse or suspend a feature for security, maintenance, or legal reasons. Any obligations under a separate signed project agreement remain governed by that agreement.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the website evolves, with the effective date shown above. Material changes will be identified on the website or otherwise brought to affected users’ attention, with agreement obtained where required. A website update does not amend a signed project agreement.

If you have a concern, contact us so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not remove any non-waivable legal rights or require private arbitration.
